When I first found this book on Amazon, the title called out to me. Because that was the same way I felt; like a lukewarm christian. Praising God with my lips but not making any real attempts to get to know Him better. This book gave good insight into what I was doing wrong and the things I needed to do if I truly wanted to have a close relationship with God. I definitely recommend this to others who feel something lacking in their connection with God. The book is short but clearly makes it's point. The author outlines and explains areas in the bible where God actually tells us about the different ways we claim to worship him but fall short. And what we should be doing instead. Great read! I will attempt to implement these words of wisdom in my life starting today.
